T N Soong & Co and Deloitte & Touche Taiwan combined to establish a new Deloitte & Touche (D&T) effective June 1, 2003. D&T represents Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DTT) in Taiwan.

With this combination, D&T has clearly enhanced its market leadership. We have expanded our audit accounts and have majority client market share in Taiwan. We provide professional services related with Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Financial Advisory Services and Tax services through DTT’s strong global resources. DTT’s vast resources will enable D&T in Taiwan to provide its clients with global services such as entering foreign markets, raising fund, investing in Mainland China, etc.

The new D&T is part of a broader network including TNS Corporate Finance Co, TNS Tax Consulting Co, Deloitte & Touche Management Consulting Co. and Chung-Ching Management Consulting Co. The D&T headquarters remain in Taipei, with five offices in Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan and Kaohsiung. Its people comprise 117 joint practitioners and over 2,200 professional staffs.
