Maggie Pan has over 20 year experience in providing financial advisory and investment services, including financial due diligence, business valuations and M&A advisory in the Greater China region. Maggie joined Deloitte & Touche since 1995 and once worked in the investment banking division of Macquarie Capital for four years.
During her years with Macquarie, Maggie has lead Macquarie PE fund team together with the advisors to complete the financial and tax due diligence along with the commercial due diligence on various projects. Maggie is also adept at M&A transaction services for banking and insurance sections. Her major corporate clients include China Digital Culture Group, TBC, So-net Entertainment, Taiyo Nippon Sanso, etc. Her major private equity clients include Morgan Stanley, KHL Capital, China Media Capital, CMC Capital, Temasek, etc.
